Are you proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated to work on your own initiative? Your role will involve liaising with clients, attending site meetings, setting up site, organising materials, liaising with our site operatives and engineering teams and allocation of all labour resources, including sub-contractors. Good interpersonal skills, administration and organisational skills are equally important to this role.

Proactive with knowledge of structural steel and cladding installation to ensure the smooth operation of a number of site contracts; from implementation to completion and handover. Experience predominantly in structural steel and cladding preferable, however full training can be provided if you have experience in the construction sector.

Duties to include all aspects of structural and architectural metalwork/steelwork assembly. Applicants must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and be able to work on their own initiative. Proven experience is mandatory, and welding qualification will be required to BS EN ISO 9606. All welding qualifications are also invited and further in house training can be given to achieve welder qualification to the above.

We are looking for skilled and semi-skilled site operatives who are familiar with the structural steel and cladding industry. Duties would include site assembly of steelwork and cladding of steel structures. Further training can be given to the right applicant, CSCS and IPAF certification would be an advantage.
